Most collections happen within 30–90 minutes of booking, depending on your postcode and the time of day. You'll see an estimated collection window before you confirm.
Do you cover the whole UK?
We cover mainland England, Scotland and Wales. We don't currently reach Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or locations that require a ferry crossing.
Is my parcel insured?
Yes. Every booking includes cover as standard, and you can increase the declared value at checkout for higher-value goods.
Can I get proof of delivery?
You'll receive email updates when your driver is dispatched, on collection, and on delivery — including a timestamped photo as proof.
How do I pay?
Card or PayPal for one-off bookings. Approved business accounts are invoiced on 30-day terms.
